Default PC problem

Could my PC randomly crash if the power supply is becoming dodgy? It only ever seems to do it while gaming, when i assume more power is being drawn? Its not graphics card etc as they are fine in othe PCs

Most modern graphics cards need a fair amount of juice and recommend a minimum wattage psu.

I've got a 9800 pro in it

When i say crash i mean the PC turns off and the only way to turn it back on it to switch the power off on the back of the PC at the power supply and leave it off for like 5 secs, then it powers up again fine. If i don't do that it wont turn on with the front panel switch.
