got a £1 k upgrade bout 2 months back ..AWESOME SPECS

BUT FOOK ME IT THROWS OUT THE HEAT ..

its got 5 fans inside on m board gcard ..and stuff

room is like a oven ..after a while need all windows open

and also needs the side off the case ...builder of it said

COULD DUST BE A ISSUE with the side off

ie place it back on when not using it ???

 

Your not runing an Abit AI-7 motherboard and a pentium 4 Prescott processor are you by any chance?

 

if it needs the side of the case off, it's a shit case

proper cases are designed with internal airflow in mind, so removing the side will make it run hotter as it disrupts the all important airflow

mine's not all that high spec, but fook me does it run hot had to relocate the case, as it was stuffed in the corner n kept overheating. now its situated with good clearance and it runs ok

 

cooling wont work properly with the side off either, and dust buildup increases the heat

i think its ment to run that way tbh ...fans go up and down ..

kick in when intense usage downloading stuff and playing games

the builder said it muliy threads of someting like that

so it boosts the ram ..so its got 2 gigs ???
fook knows ..

but its a dream to use playing games ..
