My mate is just starting out, how did you drum up business and how are things going.

I reckon word of mouth so once you get going the work will fly in.

Get in with a few local plasterers and a builder. Make yourself known at the local Bathroom and Kitchen shops

Yeh he has started doing that aswell, I think confidence is holding him back a bit, he has a few jobs for mates so that may help him and he has spent 6K on kit
