Default zetec piston play ?
ive just stripped the head off a 1.8 zetec lump should there be movement in the pistons like i can slightly move the piston around in the bores ? its not shit loads of movement but there is some

the piston is fixed to the gudgeon pin but the gudgeon pin floats in the little end of the rod so slight movement from left to right will be present iirc

I've seen this on a few 1.8 Zetecs so I would imagine its fine...
