Two of my friends are going to chip in up to a grand each to get a track car for a bit of a laugh.

They don't want a big car. What would you advise and what are the good places to look etc

My mate are doing exactly the same. There getting a Mondeo V6 24v of there dad for free or very cheap

I have been trying to persuade them to look at the 205 gti Mi16 for sale on here.
Loving the 205 that you put a link up to on E bay Spadge

 

Mate go for an E30 BMW 325i preferably a sport. 170bhp and lsd wahay a good larf and a nice well built car also cheap

 

205's are well cool and plenty fast enough for some great fun out on circuit

Don't forget though Spadge that a Forest spec car is NOT sorted for a track! not alot to whip it into shape I would imagine though. But why not buy a circuit prepared car already...

If there are a couple of you, maybe think about spending a little more a getting an Evo2 like Seans Strip it, decent brakes and you have a PROPER weapon

Deffinatly a XR2 or 205 imo...

 

As per pm I take it he made contact with you as it isn't me? It's 2 of my friends.

He is usually online after work (7pm) and checks his mail then. I'm sure he will see it then. I would phone him to tell him but I'm not footing the bill being 5000 miles away
