Ask him to take it off .... If he refuses or leaves it .... Open a new eBay account ... Bid on it right at the end to buy it .. Leave him neg saying what he did

You might .. If someone was selling their house .. and used a pic of yours?
Maybe advertising the services of a prostitute .. and putting up a pic of your missus?
Point is .. It's really misrepresentation, isn't it?

whats needed just a fresh email address???
Yes, but I'm sure they wont let you open another account under the same address, or at least shouldn't, as surely prats that get banned for fooking about (doing what you want to do etc) will just open another account each time
eBay Guideline:
The fact that material is posted on the Internet does not mean it is in the "public domain" or otherwise free to be taken, copied or used by others. Creators of Internet content probably have copyright, trademark and other rights in the material they create. Copying, modifying and possibly linking to content created by others could expose you to legal liability.
eBay Guideline:
Copying is not permitted: when you prepare your listings you generally should use only material (text, photographs, etc.) and trademarks/names that you created or own yourself or licensed from the owners.

Report him if you can be bothered

If the kit was shit and someone in your area bought it thinking it was you that sold it because that is you car then that could be an issue, bloody long shot though.
I would have emailed him that info regarding copyright and asked him to replace it with another picture - preferably a standard RS so that nobody recognises it as theirs.

i had this, some guy was selling workshop manuals for S13's on ebay and he used a picture of my car (the one below in my sig). he didn't even remove the 'Escy' from it. it was a compliment that he used mine but he was taking the piss. i told him to get rid of it. made me look bad on the SXOC as people thought it was me tucking people up (you can d/l the workshop manuals for free on the net)
