graphics cards.........
if pc is used purely for browsing the net is upgrading graphics card gonna improve browsing or is it only needed for gamers ???

Wont see any difference browsing but you could stick some more RAM onto your PC, that will help a bit, will be faster

just put more ram in tiff 
need a new board soon as cant upgrade processor any futher than wat ive put in.just wondered if graphics card would be any benifit to my pc but i dont do gamin

Mate dont spend money on upgrading your PC. Most web pages are very small and is not too demading on your PC as a game or Art work.
Spend it on a better connection is the best and noticable difference
