Is it easyer to take it off all in one with turbo and inlet still bolted to the head?

Then remove when off the car

defo the easiest way mate, it aint that heavy really if you have 2 blokes holding it, one word of warning though, dont forget the blue ctsensor plug, take it off coz they always get forgot about and ripped apart when you lift the head up coz they have been forgoten about

With two people, it's definitely the best way. On your own the exhaust manifold and turbo are quite a lot of extra weight to hold at arm's length.

Make sure the strongest of you two is on the exhaust side, and remember the bonnet stay will get in your way if you both lean over a wing to lift the head out

I left inlet on the car, and exhaust with the head.

This made it light enough for me to do on my own, and also you don't need to piss about with the fuel side, or any of that other crap connected to the inlet

Take it off with turbo and inlet IMO, much easier.

As said, two peeps to lift though

Here you go, follow the numbers in sequence... Same for re-fitting.

If you don't have a copy of the workshop manual, I would try and borrow a copy, it will help greatly.

PS: When removing the bolts, I tend to do a quarter turn on each following the sequence, then start again with the first, quarter/half turn again, etc... until they are all loose.
