Default fooking ebay scum bags - help needed

dont u just hate pricks that sell things that dont exist.
i won something on ebay paid with pay pal. and it never turned up!

after a few emails with no replys i got a bit angry and found the fellas number, he said it was sent and said he would send proof of purchase.

this i never got!

foned him a few more times and got locked off.

then i stuck a complainent into pay pal. A few days later they decided in my favour but said

"we were unable to recover any funds from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed"

i hope he sells something 1 day on ebay and i'll et his money hopefully.

antill then his number is getting some rather late and night and early in the morning fone calls.

any one fancy helping in show this prick what i think of him feel free.

Thats correct but if there is no money in the seller's account they are unable to refund you anything as they can't recover the money. They might try and recover the money from the sellers bank account and/or credit card though.

P.S. is it a credit card, you'll get your money back then and paypal seem to take over the claim from my experience
