Default Torque curvs

My torque curve is realitivly flat at the min from about 3000rpm to 5500rpm,
if i have a remap apparently the torque curve is more diagonal but with increasingly more torque the more rpms you achieve.
Which is better and why ?

My torque curve pulls hard upto 4500rpm

Only a 18lbft difference between 4000rpm and 6000rpm 320lbft @ 4k & 322lbft @6k, peaks @ 339lbft @ 4488rpm

So mine stays quiet constant.

More torque = stronger acceleration
