yes ... speak to mark shead but there is more to it than that i beleive

 

You'll only get the best from that mod if you raise the back of your bonnet up my 2ft and 5inches.

That pipe would be better used to supply a Boost feed to the Amal Valve/Boost Controller/Bleed Valve instead of the one on the Compressor Scroll IMO.

 

thats what Tom Scarlet done to my ERST only took about 5 mins to do as what Christian and Beccy said

Why not connect that boost pipe to some valves on the bonnet lifters so as the boost goes up so does the bonnet

 

is there not 2 ways of doing this mod
im sure you can join it to metering head for the fumes mod
but im sure AVA have got mine goin into amal valve,ill need to check later

 

its a crossover pipe with a pipe tapped into it... hardly special now is it

People are getting mixed up, the original "fume mod" that appeared in Performance Ford was where petrol fumes were re circulated into the crossover/inlet to supposedly enrich the mixture. The "fuel mod" was using the pressure from the intake to press against the fuel regulator and the one in the pic above is to help stop boost drop by attaching it to the actuator. The one on Ebay is being used for the "fuel mod" and not the "fume mod" as I thought earlier

 

Not sure about that thing on ebay, but as per Alex, the 'fuel mod' that Ahmed, Mark and a few others use, DOES work as it's meant to.

But like I say, most people don't understand how it's supposed to work (or when ), therefore say it can't work.

as said in a previous post by me theres 2 reasons why the vac pipe goes to crossover pipe 1 is the fume mod thingy and the other is like mine goin to the amal valve,which youve pointed out as being for pressure drop
i also do have a fuel mod but that was done on the fuel ecu and metering head
