I would have thought a stanadard pop3 email account and gprs on the pocket pc. Have yous poke to Dell?

Bluetooth is close range only (to your pc / phone etc)

Does it have Wi-Fi?

You need to be in the range of a wireless access point...

Bluetooth can use your mobile as a modem to dial up the internet.

Think you will get someone in Ireland if you speak to Dell. Everytime I call at work I do

802.11b? 802.11g?

what u need is this

you need a bluetooth and gprs compatible mobile phone

u need to get the gprs setting from your mobile phone company to get to an internet gateway

you will then need to pair the phone with your pda via bluetooth and set the pda to use the bluetooth modem as a dialup device

you will also need a load more settings from your mobile phone company on how to connect and then you will be able to set up email etc

its a right pain in the arse
