Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard, open up Paint and press Paste
Save it as a JPEG to make it smaller

minimize all your open programs then press the print screen button on your keyboard, then open up a suitable program(eg:microsoft word processor), then just right click and paste, then save document and upload to photobucket and link to here as usual

B11GNS , if you have a Microsoft multimedia keyboad thing with an F Lock button make sure that is turned off or Print Screen doesn't work!
