what is the standard turbo

can someone please tell me what type of turbo is standard in the 4x4 sapphire cosworth,and if i replace mine which is knackered i think should i just get a standard replacement or get a uprated one ? Thanks

Hi, standard turbo is a T3. Might as well keep the standard one for anything up to 300bhp.
