Could someone please post a pic of the vacuum hose (on a sapphire cosworth 1992 ) that has the Tee piece put in it for the hose on the boost guage and then tell me what its suppossed to read , i.e is it meant to go above zero to pressure or below to vac ? Thanks in advance

If you look on the side of the plenum, you will see 4 take-offs. Tee into any of these (apart from the fuel pressure reg one! )

The gauge should read negative at idle, and positive on boost

If you mean the fuel pressure regulator line, then I personally wouldnt have done, as thats one hose you dont want to blow off because of a cheap T piece

When you say it's negative all the time - does your car actually come on boost?

T it in to the hose that runs to your dump valve. If you have removed your dv then you should have a spare 'nipple' on the inlet for it to run from anyway...

I have T'd off the dv hose but dont have any pics i'm afraid. Mine shows -10 hg at idle (but dv diaphragm is split and causing an air leak, I think it should be nearer -18hg) and obviously it shows + psi when on boost)
