now, i got a headache, my tongue feels fuzzy, i'm hot when everyone else is cold in the office and generally feeling unwell!!!!

nut allergies are dangerous n if u were allergic u would know about it!!!!!!
your throat would have swollen up and you would not be able to breathe because of it!!! so no need to worry cos your not allergic!!!

no they aren't The other stuff you were saying is wrong as well. Allergies can be severe or mild. They can also develop later in life OR they can disappear as you get older.

That is very true, I started to get hayfever when I was 15, these days at 30, I hardly get it if at all.

Lots of allergies are brought about by stuff like aspartame in the diet too.

Often cutting out things like that for a while will cure the allergy.
