hi just wondering if anyone writes visual basic.net code, as its something i want to learn
im trying to get into ..i.t and im good at system builds and data recovery and i tribleshoot broadband problems but i want to get into writing code to help me , how hard is it to learn? any help please guys

You could probably find enough on the internet to get you started, but you may find it easier with a book geared up for complete beginners.

It's not too hard, but if you've never done any coding of any kind, you will deffo be going up the hill.
Assuming you have some knowledge of programming, look for books (local library could be worth a try), or tutorials on the net.
Otherwise, might be worth joining a course at your local college to get your skills off the ground and then do as above.

I learnt a fair bit of vb.net back in 2003 when my visa was up over here. It is an awesome language. I learnt vb at uni so went the vb.net path as opposed to the c#.net.
I still have the software and a load of electronic books but do more with ColdFusion in my spare time now which I enjoy more.
