hello peeps

rite got a delemia

basically its about installing a game

battlefield 2 now the game installed quite happily on the dvd driver as should do

now after restarting and clicking on the game the screen pops up with

please insert disc into driver

now the game is already in therebut it doesnt reconise the game even though its showing the game in the driver?

we have changed leads, drivers,master and slave settings

still the same please insert disc

any ideas please as we are all stumped on this we have even tried another copy of the game incase the disc was damagd

please help as i really want this pc to get working with the game

 

Try getting the latest patch for the game and install that.

If its a new copy protection they can sometimes be a little buggy and not all drives can read it at first.

 

As said it may just be the game! Is it a legit copy of the game? Try and get a no cd crack

 

we donloaded the latest patchfor the game

the game is legit as was the other game with tried but still the same

 

Try and get a dodgy NO CD Patch!

 

what is a NO CD patch?

 

It is what people use when they have dodgy copies of games installed to their hard drive without the CD! It will somehjow tell the game to look on the hard drive for files rather than the CD!

 

all sorted now

we formatted it and re installed everything

now on new pc

which is awsome
