Default something strange with my wheels

after ive put my Comps and AP brakes on i find something strange....

i have to balance the rims that often..more then im used to.....

the guy at the tire house said..."it could be because of the tyre slips a little over the rim because of the braking force you have now"

is this bollox...or is this common with big brakes....

Never heard of that one before. Are the tyres the correct size for the rim ?

Are they losing pressure from a poor seal ?

Mark the tyres level with the valve then you know that the tyres are/aren't moving round on the rims..... not that i've ever seen it b4 tho
