just called em on 0800 514514 to be told they didnt do modified vehicles? i couldve sworn they did

That's funny, I got a renewal quote mid-June for a modified vehicle, nothing was mentioned then......changed companies anyway, so irrelevant for me, but they never mentioned anything about not covering modified cars any more. Although I guess my modifications can't really be classed as "performance-enhancing", unless you count 0-2bhp from a cone-filter...

they used to have a no holds barred policy aslong as ya never increased the engines CC, cant think why they chose to change that idea though

exactly! i'm insured with them for that very reason! - i've rung about 40% more power out my n/a 1.6 focus for that very reason too!

My renewal's up in september - ah well, bought a S2 RST now

i was refering to a guys 550bhp cossie


or even my 280bhp tennis cabrio, they said aslong as its a 1.6 they dont care

did wonder when they would stop
