Nice one mate. Seems really really long since ya posted saying ya was off! must be over 2 years?
My aunt/uncle wrote to me this week(this is what reminded me to ask you) telling me that its getting harder. The said to apply, then when we get in come for 2 years, get citizenship then we can come and go as we please!

and yes personally if you are thinking about it i would do you paper work now, if i remember corretly your missus is a nurse? so that would mean you are both on the MODL list, which makes things a lot easlier for you both.
you dont have to do your citizenship if you dont want to as going in a perm resident you can stay for the rest of your life there, but it would mean you would have to do a residents return visa if you wanted to leave the country. where as as you have said if you are a citizen you dont need to bother and then come and go as you please without worrying about making sure you get back into OZ before the return visa ran out

thats right pop yeah a nurse...well shes a sister, but would have to drop back down to staff nurse if she went there...dunno why its how it works. Been told that we'd get in on her job alone, plus builders are required. Its just a big step. Keep looking into it, then backing off..been like this for quite a while now
