DOH! I've done it now...
....been putting it off thinking no could use the money for something better, but no, getting on the scales last night and found I weight a quite portly 15 stone wouldn't think being the lanky fooker I am
Then I get a message from Esporta saying no sign up fee, just the monthy premium.....
well that kinda did it didn't it.... I've joined a Gym
Wonder how long it will be before I look like AJ

PMSL @ SimonT yeah I know mate, put on 4 stone since I moved back in with the rents 3 years ago
Used to run a mile quite happily and row 2km in 15 min, now.... well do a homer simpson when I run down the road, two steps and I'm out of breath.
Been with this Gym before, and really liked it, so going back. Plus its on the way home from work so no excuse now

I'm 5'11" and 13.5 stone, weight train 5 times a week (mon-fri with sat+sun off) and cardio 5 times a week, i've also got a very active job which has me flat out for 9-10 hours a day.
My diet doesnt include any sugar, butter, white bread or white pasta, crisps, chocolate or beer, the only pound i've lost in 3 weeks fell out my pocket when i took my keys out go figure
