no 190 is the model and not refering to lenth, the 190 is the heavier duty model...not sure exacly on capacity as i,m a bit rusty on transits now
best do yourself a favour and buy a sprinter though
190 transits are around 18 foot from front bumper to the end of the rear step (so shorter without the step) IIRC from when we wanted to put a load of ours in the RAC...
