Would deffo reccommend painting the garage floor, if anything it'll keep the dust down. You'd get floor paint cheaper than 38quid too. Looks a good finish in that picture but so do Big Macs at Mc Donalds !

poured a few bags of self leveller over mine (it was a bit ruff) - COOL, if a bit shiny
so then bought a 2 pack floor paint for about Ł18 & poured that on top!!
good for wheelspins he he! & mega easy to clean
that was me last garage, new one will be done the same

Make sure you get something that someone else recommends
I painted the floor in the house extension just temporarily while other works being done to keep it all a bit cleaner & the paint i used was crap Treated the floor first, then had a couple of coats & it's wore through & chipped off in places aswell. Was proper floor paint but can't remember the name of it

andyescos, I got it from someone at work - he had it in his shed. God knows where he got it from
So I can't really answer on price either sorry
Any good industrial paint people will have it though

Put levelling compound on mine, hasn't cracked and gets lots of abuse. Used B&Q floorpaint and its SHITE. May be oil/petrol etc proof but if you park up with wet tyres it lifts! CRAP! Try and get a 2 pack paint or epoxy coating down if you can afford it.

the correct stuff to use is made by watco
you first need to etch the concrete with cemtetch
and then just apply a couple of coats of watco concrete paint, we usually apply 3 coats ( no need to use epoxy paint really )

i have a couple of tins of the mid grey going spare at work if you need any
