He was a bad ref but England did themselves no favours playing so deep in the 2nd half. Still I agree with the robbed statement, it was a fair goal scored by Campbell

I think they deserved the win just didn't play well overall in the 2nd half. Some very dubious subs aswell. Hargreaves should have replaced Beckham not Gerrard. I think I would have put Heskey in there instead of vassel aswell cos at least he's used to playing along side Owen. Too many times Vassel went up for a ball and laid it off to no-one or was in the wrong position when Owen passed it on.
Still robbed though

we won that game at at the 90 min mark. it should never have gone to extra time and penalties but it did coz of a cunt of a ref.

 

And in that moment that goal was disalowed my bet on 2-1 to England with Owen scoring first and the Ł250 I would have won on it went down the toilet!

The referee's decision was definately the right one. Come on! One player tackled the goalie so the other one has a better chance of scoring I think Portugal pleayed well. They were more active and played a much less dirty game.
