Class manouvre...you can really see Jensons class and commitment.......Fisi tried it the first time and had to bottle it....Jenson just put his car there and said tought titty to Shumi...

Lets hope Williams gets it right next year with the all new chassis and engine regs

problem is that they have lost their engines for next year as bmw are going it alone so they might end up with customer lumps instead.

Guys good. But not Kimi or Alonso fast. Hes been threatening to do well for 5 years now. And aside from last year when the car was blindingly fast. Hes never won a race in over 90 starts.

Even DC / Damon had won several by then

DC and Damon were both driving the best car on the grid.....the only real measure of how good a driver is is how he compares against his team mate.

In His rookie year JB gave Ralph a few frights ( when Ralph was reasonably quick ) and he blasted Villeneuve away and Takuma who?

Put him in a car capable of winnign and he'd bring it home no problem.

As for not blindingly quick....have you seen his neat smooth front row qualifying lately with comparable fuel loads in not the quickest car. Given the chance he has World Champ written all over him. You can count the number of errors he makes a season on about one finger

He had a car capable of winning last year. But he didnt.

Ralf and Taku are never going to be world champion. Jacques was on the downslope of a career. Never really troubled Fisi when he was at Bennetton.

Like I say. Good. In the same way DC is good. But he'll never be up there.

Sorry to burst your bubble. But facts is facts

Come back to me when you're less patronising and he's in his 30's and retired.

If he's so mediocre why are BAR and Williams and Ferarri after his services for next year with all team prepared to pay him Ł8m pounds plus.

And it's not like Frank Williams not to know a good driver when he sees one.

Facts will be Facts when he's retired and not before.

Simply, because Kimi and Alonso (and Michael) are tied to a team. Hes the next best after those 3 whose not. Ferrari would much rather have Kimi than Jenson. Hence the un-conditional terms they put to him. And the way McLaren are going, that why Rons trying to get him to sign asap. Dont remember the Woking squad being interested in JB or Renault in keeping him.

And as for Franks current line up. I dont rate Webber either. Frank only chose him for sentimental reasons (Alan Jones) And hes been shown the way home by Heidfield. Who was the flip a coin choice for 2nd driver. Heres a question for you. FW and PH are nearing retirement. BMW offered to buy the team. But they declined. Why?

Fact on todays result Rich, go on, eat it all up and lick the plate

As i've always said, the first season Jenson has had a car capable of winning the title he's done it.

any chance you could tell me why lewis's was not deserving, i seam to be under the false impression it was deserving for scoring the most points in a season

could you highlight my error ??

Oh so Rubens came second in all of those did he?

And was Alonso's 2006 championship also not worth as much seeing as most of his victories and points came in the first half of the season?

Lol

feable attempt if you watched all the races this year you will have seen a few times ross brawn saying they are switching jenson to rubens set-up as jensons is not working

Pretty feeble by you too, as Jenson has lent Reubens his data too if you have listened and watched all season. thats just the way the team works.

Lewis never borrowed Alonso's setup either.

Also pretty piss poor if Rubens kept losing against an identical car on his own setup

nothing feeble about what im saying, im just highlighting to jay that everyone shares set-up info in teams it was not a dig at jenson it was a dig at jays explanation for lewis not being deserving is something that goes on though all the teams.

rubens could never capitalis like jenson could, thats the biggest factor why jenson is champion im not trying to say jenson did not deserve it as of cause he did.
