pete, are the "cossie" tanks the same as the old style external pump tanks on normal saphs?

just wanna be 100% sure, as iver never been 100%

i THINK it goes like this:

2 types of tank, internal/external
s.cosworth-all external
other sierras- external till 1990 then internal

is that right, or ar there 3 tanks?

only 2 tanks for fuel injection cars, internal and external pumps,Cossies only use the external pump tank,
I have heard people using the tank from a 20L GLSi or such like,as all injection tanks using a xternal pump has a swirl pop built in,however i have also known people to buy a non gen tank and the car run like a sack of shit due to the tank not quite being right,so the moto is alwat buy genuine
