URGENT : Valve Needed for ERST!

Does anybody know where I can get a standard exhaust valve today in the Midlands?

Or if somebody near Coventry has a spare head I could pinch a valve out of and then I would get them a new one!

Managed to get one from the littlest car shop you can imagine along with the head bolts and gasket
