Damsel in distress!!! Wireless connection help?
Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease someone put me out of my misery and tell me what the fook im doing wrong to get my wireless router talking to my ISP.
Im not an IT wizz but I do have a good basic understanding and I cant for the life of me figure out what im doing wrong.
Ive moved house and changed my connection phone number, Tiscali have (finally) enabled the line to DSL.
Ive managed to eventully get connected using the Sagem modem they sent me a year or so ago but my BT Voyager 2100 wireless router wont connect to the net. Ive got excellent signal strength, ive checked all my internet & LAN settings and they look correct to me (altho my ISP password keeps changing itself so I need to keep manually over typing it )
I dont know what im doing wrong.............. any takers?? (pretty please?)

I'm a male in distress, sexual frustration so get your tits out and I'll consider it.
You should only have to specify if you ISP requires a login and obviously put in your username and password *Note* the username is not your email address!

im being serious here guys
Ste - my username IS my email address, its Tiscali Broadband.
The set up worked fine at my old house and I havn't changed the settings, the Voyager unit has power, DSL and Wireless lights all illuminated, and the Laptop is receiving the wireless signal perfectly, it just seems the router wont talk to the ISP.
Do I need to change the connection telephone number anywhere for wireless or does that only matter for dial up?

Right click in the cmd line mode, select 'mark' highlight what you want to copy then right click again. You will now be able to paste the text onto here.

Claire, is there a log available on the router, that would be much more helpful.
