aye cheers andy i take alot from that as weve experienced simlars and well yaknow the score anyway mate im a fighter i was in the gym everyday befor this boxing aswell i love to train hard and the pain well its all part of it aint it was glad of the facts tho as once in reciept of them its in your hands aint it i mean i go pysio twice a week 2 hrs session and tbh the stuff i do is minimal now ive been told that i,ll be upping myself if i wernt told this id be still thinking that was enough the minimal stuff so is a good thing

Know exactly what your going through, Had the restructure of my left cruciate. it been a very painfull few years after i landing badly playing football. Mind you watsed a year because of dense physio's saying it was my lateral ligaments then went to see a knee consultant and withing 5 minutes he said it was my cruciate. so 3 years later im back in the gym and on my way back to the big league, well, sunday league anyway.....

aye thats good to hear mate been in silly pain for the last year partly my own fault i kicked the anti inflamatrys and tremadol i felt myself getting hooked on em i would wake up sweating untill id had some first thing in the mornin that to me was enough make ya realize how much we take for granted i need a bunaglow started my programe this mornin 2 hrs on the exercise bike i feel great for it too on to the weights when i get my breath back my main aim is to be able to walk unaided and ride a jetbike ive promised myself next year
