what spec is it mate
i think the racing one is for older ford pinto and crossflows
but they have just changed all there packaging

VR-1 Racing Synthetic in 5w50 is what I would use. Good stuff. Practically the same as its predecessor, Valvoline Synpower 5w50. To be honest, I don't think there's much between that and Castrol RS 10w60.

was looking at the 10w60 Valvoline or 20w50.

I think you will find that the 20w50 is Mineral Oil. I have only used the 5w50 and rate it very highly. I would think that the 10w60 is just as good, as long as its synthetic.
