goolge is bringing up some sort of automotive training / IT comapny?

also it appears to be kerridge rev 8 which seems to be a software system of some sort?

i tried a google search and it said restricted site for south africa or somthing!

i found a good job on fish4jobs and was reading it and it sounded good and then it said Kerridge 8 an advantage and i didnt know what it was!

the company is Motor Trade Plc.

Kerridge is a (virtual) Automotive industry standard programme.

Essentially, it allows Job Cards to be raised. Invoicing, Oridering of parts and buying of parts. Check vehicle history etc etc

Its fairly complex, I used to have a basic working knowledge of it. But Ive forgotten. I nearly went on the training course for it. ITs worth having if you plan to go in that direction in your career. Mercedes, Vauxhall, Saab, Jaguar are a few of the people that use it.

VAG have a different system which is much easier to use.

its a job on £22K so i wasnt expecting to hear from them! i just wanted to know what it was for future reference.

We're on it at Porsche and its suppose to be a paperless system, but that rarely works lol

kerridge rev 8 is the windows based version of there motor trade package, very very easy to use , much simpler than kdms or a few others like there old version - go for it - tis piss easy to use !
