Bhp on light blues???? step up from 803's???
As above......... what is the norm in terms of horse power can these injectors goto??? i'm looking at running around 25psi so need to upgrade. I've also been looking at greys but surely these would be better???
And how much would light blues cost??

KTCos,
Yes, Light Blues are the next step up from 803's (dark greens).........The light blues are also known as Motorsport 400's......very good spray pattern, and these Light Blues are often overlooked (peeps prefer to go for greys instead)......They are good for 400 BHP + a bit more with the corected fuel pressure.
Ask IMA (Phil) about cost, but dont forget you will need a chip to suit, and a good rolling road or live map session to get the set-up spot on!
On 26 LBS/PSI of boost my old Saph 4x4 with the Paul Bailey built engine made 406 BHP/396 ft/lbs torque on Interprpo rollers........I would say that the light blues are a perfect match for the T34B turbo..........But the correct set up - especially fueling is absolutelly essential

Thanks for ya advise Doug
A friend of mine is selling some cheap so thought they would be ideal to suit my set up running 25 psi. I do realise i need a chip and set up which is not a problem.
Stu....... why do ya think i should go to greys??? i do understand where ya coming from but i'm not after anymore than 380ish bhp which is what the light blues are good for?????

i went for light blues on my fairly standard engine(st head and cams) running 34psi at the top and about 26psi towards the top , this was a very nice conversion and would definatly have the same again!
i done 15kmls with no probs as well

The only problem I can forsee is that you will struggle to find and "off the shelf" chip for these injectors, which means someone will have to custom map you something. Certainly avoid someone elses "custom chip" for your engine thinking it will be okay, as it may have been mapped for different cams / c/r which could cause damage to your engine by either over or underfuelling.

I sold mine and changed for greys as they are on the VERY limit @ 380-400bhp on normal mapping...
Where as greys on on the limit @ 440, therefore you can run greys no were near the limit and have 380-400

Greys cost less than blues and are bigger and just as simple to map for perfect fuelling so why pay more for less?
If your getting them cheap then my argument is out the window, thats why i stated "If your buying them new "
