Been on a 12 mile bike ride today jeez, my arse legs and arms are fookin killin pmsl........i never wana have to ride a push bike every day, and no doubt i'd have to if i got banned

decided to go for a run yesterday after feeling a little unfit from a cycle yesterday and it nearly killed me!
In my hayday I was cycling upwards of 50 miles a day with a training ride in the morning, cycling to college via a detour and home then to work in the evening.
Too much alcohol and fast cars = unfit saff_cossie
