its time again - how do i do it , im on windows xp, i dont have an original instalation disk only an upgrade disk, any ideas ?

i thin u can use the win 98 disc. and change the bios settings.

change the boot sequence to cd rom first.

if u dont have a windows 98 cd, or old start up disc then im not sure mate

U need to get a bootable copy of windows XP.

I do mine quarterly usually.
