Best oil for a zetec engine?

Hi!

Can anyone advise me on the best oil to use in my zetec engine?

I think eveyone has thier own choice with no common type used.

Mobil1 or Castrol RS is mostly used on RS's

i just used fords 15W 30 in mine, near 200bhp on tb's

done the job lol (changed every 3 months tho)
