I know when you die, and you want instructions followed as how to divide up your stuff or whatever, it is called a WILL and that is a legal document you need written up and issued by a solicitors...

But what is it called when you want instruction follewed to do WITH you death?

Ie, you want specific things done say, for your funeral (like you want to have it written you want to be cremated or whatever) or you want this done etc.. What is that called, and does it have to be a legal document?

Cos with Will's, they are only usually brought up AFTER that whole thing is done.....

I know, odd question, but call me quirky, call me crazy, lol......

Well quirky and crazy, it is called a Will ...you leave your instructions in there and the solicitors do all that, but its best to go and see one instead of doing it online

I might be wrong as I havent yet died, much to my ex's annoyance but then the biatch was never in my will anyway so some newt protection in Botswan will wonder where the couple of mill have come from

My will contains the instructions for what to do with me:
Use whatever bits can be used for donations/medical study etc
Remainder in a cardboard box and bury me under a tree in the new greenfield cemetary.
No religous service, headstone etc
Money saved goes behind the bar.

Mum is horrified, mates can't wait!!!

The important thing is to make your family aware of your wishes - I don't think putting it in a will or anything else obliges them to follow your instructions, but you could threaten to haunt them if they don't do it!

Couldnt care less what happens to my remains when i snuff it, they can be used to grinding up and making into glue for all i care.

Dunno what it's called but I can find out tonight for ye (when you'll probably already have an answer!) But I've just told my folks, my best mate etc what I want done with my bod (DB, that is to donate to science.. or what I'd really prefer is car safety but I'm not sur eyou can specify?!)
