this weekends rwyb at elvington is open to all, not just potential qualifiers, and will be run on bracket classes, with trophies for each, ie 14.5s class, 13.5s class etc
its a straightliners round for their championship also.
entry is £45 for the day for unlimited 1/4m and top speed runs, payable on the day to straightliners. spectating is £10 on gate, kids free.
totb forms can be handed in on the day if you have qualified, i'll have some with me if you give me a shout

15K+ Super Poster!!
For me, a lot of the totb appeal has gone - dunno why. I really rushed mine, getting zorst, injector, new cooler, tubo on, then mapping it. I did it - then the downpipe fractured
I drive mine to work everyday!

the only time i can think of when it was 30 was the first one of the year when they ran cars and bikes together.all the others have been 45.
i'll be there, pity its not a ford as it should do a 13 and top 150 hopefully.

Aiii, that it was!
I'm going to take my car to the pod a bit later this year anyway to see what I can do with a bit more practise, and I'll be taking it out on track at Ford Fair so look out for me, it'll be all stickered up as well
New bracket, sensor will be on order shortly, as well as a set of new piston rings and associated bits to get them done!
I'm pretty sure if all our cars were running perfectly we'd have easily got into the 13s - Dan's proved that it's not impossible with his little XR2 Turbo (best quarter of 12.838 I believe )
Cheers,
Andy

Mike's FRST isn't ready yet. He's mid house move so things are a bit up in the air. Car will be back in the not too distant future

we have at least 19 cars in fwd class with proven sub14s min 1/4m times, and hopefully a few rs turbos to add after the weekend
hope to see some of you at elvington on sunday. all the rwyb top speed and 1/4m days are £45 there now, the 1/4m only day earlier this season was £30 per car for the day. you do get unlimited runs, and the max queue time last time out was around 20 mins at the busiest time of the day.
