Cheers for the replies guys. It is running fine and I can hear/see any leaks. Is it safe just to turn the boost back upto 24psi?

it could also be the perpendicular volumicity of the moon which has an incoherant disposition of 25.251

sorry

get a pressure test done on the inlet to determine any boost leaks before you start to wind the actuator back in a bit or it could go very wrong.

also, check that the throttlle is fully opening when the loud pedal is fully pressed to the carpet

Hi Guys,

Cheers for the replies. I have tried putting a bleed valve on in place of the amal valve and the most it would let me turn it upto was 19psi. Does it sound like the actuator has had it? How do I go about checking that the throttle is opening fully?

Many Thanks
Dan

I got a standard small turbo intercooler. Could the warm weather be making the boost drop that much?

Would the hot air limit the turbo to only producing 19psi even with the bleed valve almost screwed right out? Its a T34.

Just took it for a quick drive and the boost hasnt changed now its a bit cooler is there any other reason why the boost has dropped this much apart from an air leak or knackered actuator?

PS. it will only go to 19 psi altogether, it doesn't go past it then drop off back to 19
