How do you fix a buckled wheel?

I recently went down a bloody pothole and its buggered me wheel quite badly.
We can still get it to balance but it really judders over 90mph.
The front of the wheel only has a small dent but the inside edge is much worse.
Can wheels be straightened out or is it a case of getting a new wheel?

I had one on my saph cos rep that did it and i just went sh!t or bust and got a lump hamer on it to staighten it back (balance up ok but might crack the alloy on the inside edge
