ill start it off, i got 9 points curantly on me licence for speeding, no insurance and driving with no licence

im on my 3rd year meaning they dont count but they stay on there for another year just to make it a coont to get a job in driving as i cant see anyother reason why they would keep em on there

a user on here got 4 points for being his second offence doing over 25mph the legal limit

i never got anypoints for doing 63 in a 30 zone , they added the SP30 on the licence just for the fun of it though

 

I've got rid of all of mine this year.

Had 9 points, and they're all gone - and I intend to keep it that way.

For the record, they stay valid for 3 years (for totting up purposes), on the licence for 4 years, and declarable to an insurance company for 5 years.

 

i got conviceted when in 2002 and that time i was told 3 years and off in 4

CD10 - 6 points for destroying a taxi using a bus - the flocking wanker wouln't move his car, so i did it for him (24/11/2003)

SP30 - 34mph in a 30 at 2am earning me 3 bonus points because some jolly was sat in a van tossing his tail - that was on 29-11-2004

I do have a conviction for Careless driving though but opted for a 7 day ban rather than the points It was supposed to be Dangerous driving I was charged with but the Copper who pulled me said it was a " Nice controlled wheelie " so we`ll just go with a CD10

 

ginge - they are valid for 3 and stay on for 4, unless its drink drive, death by dangerous or some other murder offence then they stay on for 11 years

6 points - speeding but had to go to court, can't remember speed
