Default FAO Any Paint Sprayers

Ive been painting my bumper, and im ready to lacquer it, do i just spray the lacquer staright onto the base coat or what? (the base coat alone looks very shiny and is smooth like it has already been lacquered )

the base coat will need a quick flat of with 1500 wet n dry then another coat before you laquer it or it wont stick properly you cant let the base dry too long

hmmmmnn.. OR try the usual method of preping panel, nice basecoats, leave to flash off for a few minutes, then clear straight over the top

You should always paint over the baseecoat within a couple of hours of painting it. No flatting especailly if it's metallic.

AS Damo said, give it a couple of coats of base, (if your using water based, each coat must be dry or it will "pop") then a few coats of laqure. Let that dry, then polish. Job done!
