Do not give a toss anymore about cars. When i come on here its only to catch up on things...as even tho i have not met many people off here it good to read up on how they are/what theyre up to!
Nice weather all week, cossie aint turned a wheel! Not bothered about getting it out at all. One of the nicest escos's in the garage and i dont wanna use it...i think ive grown out of em
Anyone else(except indescisive spadge ) done this?

feel the same mate, bought a 1600i cause i'd always like em and fancied one, sold it cause i only drove it about 4 times in a year, thought i wanted the turbo fix again but that doesnt seem to bother me either now so when its finished it will be sold ASAP, would love a E46 beemer of some sort but wont have anywhere near enough dough for one of them, just want a swift, comfortable, quiet daily driver those who stick it through with quick cars must have boy racer in the blood, i'm the ripe old age of 26 in 2 weeks and i've had enough

Lee,
That's exactly the reason I do track days now.
After a couple of years of shows, I found them all very samey (except where there was track or pod action to watch), and I've no interest in polishing my car for others.............
Discovering what a cossie can do on the race track compared to the road gave it a whole new lease of life - never going back now!

No point having it and not driving it how it should be driven, otherwise its like having a bird and not taking her up the wrong'un till she bleeds, its just a waste.

lee i dont miss having a decent car parked in the garage, was bored at first but now 18months later i have no intensions of buying a car for atleast another year.I just enjoy having a nice reliable pickup with aircon and lots of goodies. And i can get 5 sets of golf clubs in the boot
