Not sure why you cannot resume a download after disconnecting from the net. When you first try and download a torrent a small file is installed on your machine (in this format: "nameofdownloadingfile.torrent"). To resume a broken download just double click that, and point your client at the folder/place on your PC where the partially downloaded file exists. The client should put two and two together and continue the download from where you left off.

The default folder for the "nameofdownloadingfile.torrent" file may be a temporary folder on your c: drive so you need to change that so that the file goes into another folder where you can easily get at it, if necessary.

Have you read the FAQs in the Suprnova forum?
