Fuel Starvation
Hi guys, the car in question is a Mk3 Escort Cab 1600CVH. it starts up and idles lovely, you can drive it for 5-10mins no problems, even if you boot it. after a while it just runs out of fuel and dies (there is a clear aftermarket filter in the engine bay before the pump which has will be dry, there is also no fuel getting into the carb). what could cause this?
its just had a new fuel pump, the carb stripped, the fuel filter cleaned, what else could it be?
doing my nut in.
