Default reset laptop mouse how ?

on my lap top i was using a mouse but how do i switch back to using the touch pad thats built in to the laptop

Unplug the mouse and restart, if you are running windows you should be able to just plug and play mouse's or mice

there is a reset device button in control panel > mouse somewhere. That might work

Alot of laptops have this setting in the Bios to turn off the built in pointer device.

Just check this and should work

Have had to update Device driver for the mouse on this laptop when it's played up

Normally you just unplug it, restart the machine and it should work fine, if not, then go into control panel, system, hardware, then device manager, click the plus next to mice and make sure the one you was using is no longer there, if it is, then simply right click on it, then left click uninstall.
