A mate over here (the one for whom I bough uprated VC from you) actually managed to crack rear diff case with less then 300bhp on small turbo Escos. He cracked it so badly it actually dropped parts on the ground...

"In my experience there isn't any bridge impossible to blow up" or somehow similar the quote went. I suspect it was faulty casing but still he did it...

I suspect racing clutch and working a lot with it to slide the car can be deadly for rear diff casing..

Does anyone know how much power the cross shaft through the sump can take and has anyone every broken one? Is there any upgrade options? I've never heard of one braking or of an upgrade.

Also what power can the OE propshafts and driveshafts take and what are the upgrade options?
