Default "ford commitment "plan

right for many months now my st170 focus has been in and out ford for little niggley problems, nothing major, not worth worrying about really, but as the car is still under warranty then hey why not ?well my car was last in 7 weeks ago and i still havent had the repair carried out,so a little anoyed i walked in to nuneaton ford and asked to speak to the service manager,i said very unpolitely "where's my bloody car"after a bit of a conversation,he saw it my way and that it should have been fixed by now,(as we are only looking for a couple of shear bolt that had broken, hence the noise on the steering column, the reason for it being in)they have looked as far as germany for these shear bolt to no avail, they have had my car for over 7 weeks on this problem alone,

so

now ford have ofered to buy my car back off me at a "no loss" to me
this is called "the ford commitment" if your car has been in the dealership for more than 30 days they can be forced to take the car back under this plan,as long as its under warranty,so it looks like ill be looking for another car,BUGGER!!!!

probably go jap next, who knows, thats if they take it back

the service manager has to fill out a 17 page document, then send it on they will then offer the money,i have already told him i will not take less than i paid for it, which must have been at least £12,500
