Oil seal T5 cossie box Q?

Seing as i now have my box out as well as the engine

I thought i may as well change the rear oil seal on it. Is this just a prise out and press in jobbie as it looks like it?

Will get you the size 2mora,then go to BSL or similar and ask for a lip seal of that size,will cost coppers.
