Actually.. Prices for :
Castrol RS 10W/60 for his Pulsar.
Redline MT90 Gearbox Oil or similar, also for Pulsar.

ooooh I may have solved my problem 
Looks like Wilco and a few other local places are main stockists for Millers Oils who do 'Millers CFS 10W-60' which should do the trick (at least for the moment anyway).
